1 PCA needed in Champlin: Sat - Sun: 12pm - 6pm
1 PCA/HMK needed in Champlin: Fri: 3pm - 8pm, Sat - Sun: 12pm - 8pm (Homemaking hours may change schedule)

2 PCAs needed in Richfield: M-F 7:30AM - 5pm, starting 6/10.

1 PCA/HMK needed in St. Paul: M-F 11am - 5pm

1 PCA/HMK needed in C**n Rapids: Sat - Sun: 3pm - 11pm

1 PCA needed in C**n Rapids: M-F: 5am - 7:30am

1 PCA needed in Fridley: Schedule TBD

1 HMK needed in C**n Rapids: Fri - Sat: 9am - 1pm

1 HMK needed in Anoka: 10 hours bi-weekly (Schedule TBD)

1 HMK needed in Crystal: Mon: 12pm - 3pm & Thu: 12pm - 3pm

1 HMK needed in C**n Rapids: Mon, Wed: 10am - 2pm

1 PCA needed in C**n Rapids: Sat - Sun: 8am - 2pm

PCA pay is up to $14 p/h DOQ, HMK pay is $12.20 - $12.50

Position: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Requirements:
• 1 or more years of PCA experience
• Must be at least age 18
• Clear a criminal background study
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Approachable and a strong sense of team work
• Must have a driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to make at least a 6 – month commitment
Qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with stress and conflict
• Positive attitude
• Good team player
• Hard working and self - directed
• Trustworthy
Preferred Skills:
• Bilingual
• 1 or more year(s) of experience in a health care setting

Responsibilities:
Assist the person with the following Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Bathing
• Eating
• Transfers
• Mobility
• Positioning
• Toileting

Assist the person with the following Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs):

• Accompany to medical appointments
• Accompany to participate in the community
• Assist with paying bills
• Communicate by telephone and other media

• Complete household tasks integral to the PCA services, such as:
o Plan and prepare meals
o Shop for food, clothing and other essential items
