Grounding: My Favorite Recharge Routine
Sometimes healing doesn’t need a fancy spa or a complicated routine. For me, it starts with something simple: barefoot walks on the grass.
It’s how I release toxins built up from the air we breathe, the food we eat, and everything we come in contact with. It’s how I reconnect, rebalance, and recharge.
I once had a client who told me she was terrified to walk barefoot—afraid of stepping on something that could bite, cut her, or even (her words, not mine 😄) p**p. I told her with a smile, “I’ve been grounding for years, and guess what? I’ve never had any of that happen to me.”
So, I encouraged her: start somewhere familiar. Your backyard. A local park. Somewhere that feels safe and welcoming.
Fear often shows up dressed as logic... but more often than not, it’s just False Evidence Appearing Real. Don’t let fear keep you from something nourishing and positive.
Let the earth hold you. Let nature heal you. Let your body breathe.
