One of the biggest myths about desire?

That it’s supposed to just happen.

In reality, there are two common ways people experience desire:

✨ Spontaneous desire — the spark that seems to appear out of nowhere.
✨ Responsive desire — desire that builds through connection, touch, safety, and emotional closeness.

Many women fall into the responsive category… but no one ever taught us that.

So instead, people assume something is wrong with them, their partner, or their relationship.

The truth?
Nothing is broken.
