If you’ve been doing everything “right” and still don’t feel like yourself, there’s usually a reason. It is not a lack of discipline.
A lot of people I work with are consistent, informed, and genuinely putting in the effort. They are eating well, exercising, taking supplements, and trying to take care of themselves, and still dealing with fatigue, bloating, hormone issues, or just a lingering sense that something is off. At a certain point, it stops feeling random. It starts feeling frustrating.
What is often missing is not more effort. It is better information. You can be eating well and not actually absorbing nutrients. You can be working out regularly and still have underlying imbalances. You can look healthy on paper and still have a system that is under stress. When you actually look deeper, patterns start to show up: Low iron, subtle thyroid dysfunction, cortisol imbalances, gut issues affecting absorption, etc. Suddenly, it makes sense.
If this resonates and you are tired of guessing, you do not have to keep trying to figure it out on your own. Comment READY or DM me READY and let’s start getting real answers.
