Most people think more labs = more answers.
But the truth? More labs often just mean more confusion.

Here’s what the wellness industry doesn’t tell you: lab panels, supplement stacks, and generic protocols are easy to sell, but they’re useless without proper interpretation.

This isn’t a takedown of GLP-1s; it’s the perspective I’ve gained from walking people through the before, during, and after.

I used to hear clients say…
“My shot fixed my cravings.”
“My shot keeps me in control.”
“My shot is why I’m finally succeeding.”

But here’s what I noticed. The more they believed the medication was the entire solution, the more anxious and lost they felt when the effects started to fade.
