We are Bryan, Heather & Seren. Our lives are based in Reiki Energy work, Western and Chinese herbs, real food ancestral nutrition, Flow practice, connections & relationships based in reciprocity with all beings, and complete balanced wellness for Humans, Animals, and all other beings.
