Responsibilities include:
Overseeing resident care and staff performance
Ensuring high standards of care and compliance
Supporting residents, families, and care staff

Over the past week the facility has been filled with all kinds of activity. Carolers, staff party, Santa visits, Girls of Grace gift delivery today and our weekly Wednesday Church Service with a few guests. The residents truly appreciate and enjoy the daily special touches from everyone. God bless you all always and Merry Christmas from our home to yours.

Ukuleles & Youth yesterday was wonderful! Then, festivities continued this morning with some special families from Fountain Views past leading Christmas carols: thank you Hovingh & Reimersma sisters. 😍
Also, thank you to the Cooperville community for the resident gifts from the Angel Tree! Your generosity and kindness for our elderly brought surprises & many smiles.

Christmas season doesn’t begin at Fountain View until our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in honor of our residents and loved ones who have passed. Pastor Peter Hill, from Ottawa Ctr. Chapel, did an amazing job leading the service, spreading love, hope, and joy. Thank you & thanks to John B. for fast tree prep, and Michelle & El for your selfless help with set-up and clean up. You are truly appreciated. 🎄 🎄

✨ Holiday Fun!! ✨

Our residents had a joyful winter-themed day! We created festive Christmas cards to hang on our friends’ doors, sipped delicious treats from our hot cocoa “bar,” and shared memories together through winter poetry and conversation. ❄️❤️

To top it all off, we played a lively game of tossing the “snowball” into the gift bag—lots of laughs and smiles all around! ☃️🎁

We love celebrating the season with moments that warm the heart. 💙

🍁 Holiday Weekend Highlights!

Friday’s smaller after-Thanksgiving crowd didn’t stop us we enjoyed great conversations about leftovers and traditions, whipped up a cranberry cream cheese dip, and played a quick game with our plastic chickens!

Today was full of winter magic with sensory activities, Santa photo reminiscing, a matchup game, and a fun indoor snowball fight. ❄️⛄

We love sharing laughter, memories, and good times with our residents! ❤️
