Gift Certificate Policy Update
Due to an ongoing issue with gift certificates not being brought to appointments, it is now mandatory that all gift certificates be presented at the time of service.
• Emailed gift certificates must be printed and brought with you
• Physical gift certificates must be presented in person
If a gift certificate is not presented, payment for the appointment will be required. Just as with any retail purchase, services cannot be redeemed without the certificate. Thank you for your understanding.
