Lessons I’ve learned from yoga and hear from my students all the time:
They may come for the workout, but leave with
– more patience with themselves (and other people)
– proof that slowing down is so important (taking a minute to say goodbye to your dog or hug your baby matters!)
– more awareness in their bodies
– a deeper connection to what’s happening inside
– noticing how strong and mobile their body really is (like getting up off the floor without thinking about it feels effortless)

You can come for the movement.
You’ll probably leave with more.

After the root chakra, we move into the sacral chakra.

This one’s all about emotions, creativity, pleasure, and how you relate to yourself + others. If you’ve been feeling blah, uninspired, or disconnected from joy, this is usually where we look.
