All photography, as well as the beautiful mural at our entrance, is by Morgan Gaines, Quuiich (Lower Umpqua) Tribal Member of CTCLUSI. Our walls are adorned with meaningful pieces that tell our story, celebrate our culture, and inspire healing and community.

Come join us for our Grand Opening celebration tomorrow from 10:30 - 2:00p! We will have festivities and a first look at the newest health center in Coos Bay, Three Rivers Health Center!

T-Shirts for the first 200 attendees!

Come learn more about our new services, and enroll as a new patient! We have full Pharmacy services opening to both our Tribal and Non-Tribal community on Monday June 3rd, 2024.

Currently seeing only Tribal Members, but we will be opening to the public (non-Tribal members) beginning on July 1st, 2024.

Services Available:
Pharmacy (walk up, drive up, mail order)
Medical (Immediate and Routine Care)
Behavioral Health (Psychiatry and Therapy)
Telehealth coming soon!

Hours:
June 3rd - June 30th
Monday - Friday 8a - 5p

July 1st onward
Monday - Friday 7a - 6p
Saturdays 7a - 12p
