We are the Blue Frequencies and we tune into your frequency bandwidth at this time to say to you dear souls that. We are so proud of you and the way that you are handling all of these energetic planetary shifts as well as all of the other celestial events that you have had come your way In your recent Earth years.
Here at the Blue Frequencies. It is truly something that we have been marveling at.
Blue ones We cannot begin to tell you here at the blue frequencies. Just how much we understand what you're going through.
You are doing amazing work with every blood moon, with every Equinox, with every planetary alignment, as well as with every other sort of celestial event that has come your way.
You are handling it like a pro as you might say on your planet.
We understand that it can get a little rough sometimes.
Your body is continuously adjusting to higher dimensional aspects of itself
It is starting to remember just how special it is again.
You will feel things in these current now moments that will make you seem a little nervous or a little on edge possibly.
Do not worry about it Blue Ones. This is just higher aspects of yourself adjusting your mind, body and soul while you are coming back into full consciousness.
You might feel the sensations of electricity going through your body and not know what to make of it.
Let us reassure you blue souls, that it is just your body which is like a radio station vigorously trying to tune into its proper frequency
Blue ones, we strongly recommend that you start your daily routine out with telling yourself that you and only you are in charge of How you feel today.
Tell yourself that you are choosing peace and love instead of disaster and drama.
The energy level that your frequency vibrates at will be the true measure of satisfaction in your existence.
Being around constant stress, drama and perpetual negativity costs too much.
The return on joy, peace, and possibility only comes when you surround yourself with those who truly want to resonate at that same vibrational frequency level that you do.
Your current incarnation on Mother Gaia is far too short for constant stress.
Blue ones, the only soul that you can control is your own and you are the only one that can control yours is you.
So, count your blessings, value the people who love you, make the most of each day, and let go of the stress.

However your kindness might be the light that helps them traverse their way through their own experience here on Mother Gaia.
