Big news, Carve Your Own Path community! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our newest yoga instructor, Abigail Geiser (she/her)! We're thrilled to have her bring her expertise in Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Kids Yoga, and Yoga for Disabilities to our community.

Get ready to find your balance and deep relaxation with Abigail's "Flow and Restore Yoga" class! This beginner-friendly, hour-long class will blend gentle flow and restorative practices, using breathwork, mindfulness, and adaptive postures to help ease stress and strengthen your mind-body connection.

It was a joy to see the amazing staff at Red Oak Behavioral Health engage in creative self-care during our recent "junk journal" session! Led by our art therapist Jenna, this was part of our ongoing employee wellness partnership with Red Oak, providing crucial support to those who tirelessly care for our community's mental health.

We know that effective self-care goes beyond the bubble bath. By surveying Red Oak's staff, we customized this session to their interests, offering a unique blend of creative expression, social interaction, and a practical coping skill. One attendee perfectly summed it up: "Loved having the time to step away from the day-to-day and focus on a creative outlet with colleagues that has practical implications in our world."
