Toxic friend?

Here are the signs your friendship is toxic:

1. They disrespect your boundaries
2. They always need something from you
3. They don't take accountability
4. They make you feel guilty for spending time with other people
5. They dismiss your values

Friendships go through ebbs and flows, and friendships are worth fighting for. BUT, at the same time, there comes a point that the friendship could turn toxic and is not serving you well. Assess the situation. Is the friendship draining you emotionally? Widen your net and find friends that support you, value you and lift you up and you do the same! To have a good friend, you need to be a good friend.
