On October 25, 2023, Brident Dental & Orthodontics celebrated the grand opening of the new Fort Worth Tehama Ridge location with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9021 Tehama Ridge Parkway.

In attendance were Fort Worth Chamber local dignitaries and community leaders, who toured the state-of-the-art facilities, conveniently located at the intersection of I-35W and US-287 in the Presidio Towne Crossing Shopping Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Sanjita Prakash is Sonrava Health’s Five Star Rockstar for the month of September!

As a Floor Supervisor and Registered Dental Assistant, Sanjita enjoys helping patients with dental hygiene and assisting doctors with procedures. She welcomes patients with enthusiasm and gives them 100% of her attention. "I treat patients as VIPs. This makes them feel cared for." said Sanjita, "Patients are committed to coming back for their next treatment or procedure when they feel important."

To break the ice and reduce anxieties, Sanjita starts the appointment by asking, “How is your day going?” If there’s a wait time, she visits with patients to fill in the gap and answers any questions or concerns they may have.
Towards the end of the appointment, Sanjita provides a mirror to show the outcome of the procedure or treatment. This small gesture makes patients excited about their results.

Kleana Joson is Sonrava Health’s Five Star Rockstar for the month of August!

As a Dental Assistant, Kleana earns her patients’ trust by greeting them with a smile, having a pleasant conversation, and creating a friendly atmosphere to alleviate stress and anticipation. She is very gentle when taking x-rays, making sure the patients are comfortable and do not feel any pain during the process.

Kleana believes patient education is associated with building trust. "I always inform the patient of the treatment and explain the process in detail." said Kleana. She demonstrates procedures with typodont models and provides educational advice to patients.
