I don’t make jokes about semaglutide becuase I’m judging anyone for using it or any other diet pills/surgery. Hell I even have some clients that use it as well.

I think it’s great that we have these tools to help. But at the end of the day no amount of pills or surgery is gonna overcome your bad decisions to eat the wrong foods, not getting sun exposure or enough movement. This is evident by the fact that the obesity rate continues to climb and will until we take responsibility for the things we put in our body (food, water, light)

☀️Try some early morning sun exposure to help regulate your Vitamin D levels, once your vitamin D deficiency is dealt with your metabolic systems should begin to regulate themselves much more efficiently☀️
