As we age, muscle weakness and balance issues can make getting in and out of bed more challenging.
Here are a few tips to reduce fall risks and promote safety:
✔️ Use a stable surface for support when standing up.
✔️ Sit on the edge of the bed for a moment before standing to avoid dizziness.
✔️ Keep the bed at a proper height to make transitions easier.
