They came, they competed, they checked their blood glucose levels and they did us proud! Two medals and two top 12 finishes for the athletes with diabetes at the Winter Olympics - well done all, for showing that diabetes doesn’t haven’t limits!

It’s official! I am on the pump and so far the results have been amazing!
I trained on Tuesday and just did my first solo site change.

For more info, I have comments below each photo.

It uses the algorithm which was a grassroots effort to create looped systems when industry wasn’t moving fast enough. So T1Ds and their supporters figured it out!

It also loops with Libre3Plus which is super small and lasts 2 weeks!

I love this sentiment. None of us are “done”. Our stories are still unfolding no matter how old you are.

There are still people to meet, hills to climb, hugs to offer, books to read, places to explore and stories to tell.

Your soul voice is a great guide, but you must be quiet for a time and listen.

Then believe in possibilities and try them on. Step into the feeling of what you desire before it shows up.

Then your body is comfortable with newness and the resistance to change fades away!
