Today is integration day. Yesterday asked us to mind our words and thoughts. Today asks us to anchor them in truth. Power without love fragments. Power with love becomes guidance. This is the difference between reacting to life and creating with it.

Refined unconditional love isn’t soft avoidance. It’s steel wrapped in silk. It’s the courage to see what’s true in you without judgment, and then move from that truth with grace.

When you slip, (We All Do), you don’t spiral. You breathe, you bless the lesson, and you begin again. That’s sovereignty. We’ve been shown the way.

Here’s how to walk it today in real life:
speak less, listen for the signal beneath the noise, and let your nervous system set the pace. If your body tightens, pause. If your heart opens, proceed. Every conversation becomes a mirror. Let your words be bridges, not blades. If a door closes, thank it. If a door opens, enter clean.

Remember who you are. Not the mimic. Not the echo. The original note. The moon, the stars, and the sun, choosing which light to shine right now. Use the higher frequency that’s present, but don’t outsource your authority to it. You are the rhythm that reality keeps time with.

Happy May 5, 2026! Happy Cinco de Mayo…since we all “celebrate” it here in the States…🤣😂 no judgement…but at least know what it represents.

You Are Worthy & God Is So Very Good❣️

I made a promise to myself Sunday that I will truly listen to my body again and my spirit. I have allowed way to much I am not satisfied or happy about.
I feel good about journaling and sitting And listening to my heart and the Holy Spirit. I have been working yoga back into my routine these past couple of weeks. . I really do LOVE IT! It pushes me gently mentally, emotionally and not just physically.

Also there is so much happening not just in our world but in our universe. It really is amazing and beautiful that God has here to witness change.
