Got asthma? Upper respiratory issues?
I’ve had asthma since I can remember…..I sure do wish I had had this back in the day.
If I feel a bit of asthma coming on, I take a dose and it’s like the cilia in my lungs are able to expel the fluids.
I’ve read doctors give this to COPD patients.
I take it twice a day regularly and also whenever I feel like there may be some asthma/congestion coming on. It works in minutes helping my lungs!
This works as good if not better than a rescue inhaler for me.

“Lomatium is a powerful herbal antibiotic that is highly effective for the respiratory ailments such as COPD, pneumonia, tuberculosis, bronchitis, chronic cough, and asthma. Grip strength. What is it good for?
The benefits of grip strength go far beyond making opening jars and carrying groceries easier.
Studies have shown grip strength to be related to cognitive function, heart attack & stroke.

They are potently healing yet get a bad rap which is due to the bad ingredients served with them.

👉Enjoy potatoes steamed without oil or dairy for maximum healing benefits

🥔Potatoes can help heal digestive conditions. Soothing to the intestinal linings because they are gentle on the nerves inside the lining—they’re nonabrasive—potatoes assimilate and digest easily, even with some of the worst digestive issues.
🥔Potatoes are antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial, with nutritional cofactors and coenzymes plus bioactive compounds to help keep you healthy and assist you with stress
🥔Potatoes bind onto colonies of bacteria that are causing diverticulitis or prostatitis and carry them out past the colon; they can drive out strep, E. coli, staph, and unproductive funguses from the body. Have I told y’all how good it feels to work with the trapeze?
How good it feels to stretch & decompress
How good it feels to build strength that reduces aches & pains

Over the holidays I took a bit of break from the trapeze and working out in general.
Then, we got the snow so several classes were canceled thus I didn’t come in the studio and get my stretching and strength building in.

Sure enough, my low back, hips and shoulders…..pretty much my whole body ached like it use to many years ago.

However, after coming in this week, teaching some, doing my own exercises, etc., I am feeling like my Self again! No longer stiff from being still and the cold.

I highly recommend at least stretching during this cold. You don’t have to be extreme or intense by any means.
Light, gentle stretching will have you feeling like a well lubricated being with less aches & pains.
