After 12 years of dedicated service to our practice and patients, we are sad to say good-bye to Stacie Nelson, as today is her last day with us. We wish her all the best with her new adventures!

Dr. Mahmood Siddiqui & Kayla Holder, FNP are still seeing established patients at our Copperhill office and look forward to carrying on with the same standard of high quality patient care.
