After 12 years of dedicated service to our practice and patients, we are sad to say good-bye to Stacie Nelson, as today is her last day with us. We wish her all the best with her new adventures!

Dr. Mahmood Siddiqui & Kayla Holder, FNP are still seeing established patients at our Copperhill office and look forward to carrying on with the same standard of high quality patient care.

Please note: The FDA has banned the compounding of semaglutide and tirzepatide as there is no longer a shortage in supply of the branded drugs (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound). We are aware that some pharmacies are adding B vitamins to these injections to work around the ban, but as a practice, we are NOT going to be prescribing these drugs due to the FDA ban. If you want to be on one of these for weight loss, there are self pay options for the branded drugs we will be glad to discuss with you.

From Stacie Nelson, NP

So, is it possible to be sad but excited at the same time? I am excited to announce that I have accepted a position at Baylor, Scott, and White in Temple, TX as a nurse practitioner in their Gastroenterology department. With that, I am sad to say that I am leaving my current position at Family Clinic and will be relocating to Texas in August. My last day will be August 8, 2025. I have truly enjoyed my 12 years here and I am going to miss all of my patients. You all have become a part of my family and I will never forget your kindness. I thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives.
Everyone will be well taken care of by Kayla Holder and Dr Siddiqui. I ask that you all be as kind to any new provider that comes to take my place as you were to me when I started. I will never forget all of you.
