A perfect way to end the week is with our Friday Zen Yin Yoga Class that is designed to calm the mind and the body through supported yoga poses using props and longer holds. 🪷🧘🏽‍♀️

Plus, Tues 5:15pm Yoga Basics is all levels and perfect for the beginner yogi growing your practice. 🧘🏽‍♀️

September marks the 2nd Anniversary for Anew Studio! 🎉🤗

We started as a small boutique yoga, sound healing, & crystal Jewelry space and have evolved with adding Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates to elevate our offerings for our Copper and surrounding communities 🥰.

Our team has expanded to include our awesome new Yoga Teacher along with collabs with Michelle my Sound Healer Sis with .sound.soma 💖

We are so grateful for you and thank you for being a part of our journey. 🥰🙏 Looking forward to adding more specialized classes & events . ♥️🤗

Join us in studio for our next Yoga and Sound Bath on the 2nd Wednesday each month, which is October 8 at 6 PM, (right after the harvest moon 🌝). 🎶🧘🏽
