Tai Chi Workshops info!

All workshops are held at BODY MIND ENERGY HEALING located at
49 Cosmic Court, suite B!
Workshops for March
Tai Chi for Beginners & Seniors: Arthritis & Fall Prevention
Option 1) 11:30am on Sundays & Wednesdays
Option 2) 8:15am on Tuesdays & Thursdays
- This class is most ideal for those with limited mobility from age, physical limitations/disabilities, recovering from physical injury/ stroke, and/or have difficulties standing.
- This class introduces Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention and is repetitive to assist in improving balance, strength, and confidence when standing/walking.
- Class is slow paced and kept small so space is limited.
- Participants can participate standing or seated to comfort/ability.
- This class is sponsored by SVC - STAY VERTICAL CALAVERAS for seniors! This is an 8 week workshop with classes being held twice a week on designated days & times.

Tai Chi: Entry & Seniors
Option 1) 3:30pm Sundays & Wednesdays
Option 2) 9:15am Mondays & Saturdays
Option 3) 10:45am Mondays & Wednesdays
This class is ideal for those new to Tai chi and are already steady on their feet.
- this class introduces Tai chi forms/routines to improve balance, strength, coordination, cognition, energy and endurance.
- This class is sponsored by SVC - STAY VERTICAL CALAVERAS for seniors! This is an 8 week workshop with classes being held twice a week on designated days & times.
- this class is slow/moderate paced.

Tai Chi: Advance
Option 1) 10am Mondays & Wednesdays
Option 2) 9am Tuesdays & Thursdays
Option 3) 9:45am Tuesdays & Thursdays
- This class is best suited for my previous Tai chi students or those that are quick learners who choose to continue applying their Tai chi forms, building new routines and welcome a challenge with random forms while learning new forms as their introduced.
- This class is slow/moderate/quick paced
