We are excited to announce a CEU event we will be co-hosting alongside our other Chapters of FABA (COFABA)!

The event will feature the amazing Dr. Peter Gerhardt on the topic of how ABA can improve outcomes for Adolescents and Young Adults with ASD. So excited for this!

Queriamos compartir con ustedes una oportunidad para RBTs participar en un estudio que puede ser completada completamente en la computadora. El estudio esta dirigida por una proveedora de ABA local que tambien esta completando su doctorado en ABA.

Como parte de mi programa de doctorado, estoy llevando a cabo un estudio de investigación cualitativa para conocer los RBT que trabajan en el campo de los servicios humanos. Le escribo hoy para solicitar su participación voluntaria en un estudio de investigación. Los datos se recopilarán a través de un enlace de encuesta; por lo tanto, no debe interferir con su trabajo. La encuesta se puede completar en cualquier lugar donde tenga acceso a una conexión a Internet confiable y tomará aproximadamente 15-20 minutos fuera de su horario habitual.

Hello fellow South Florida Analysts and RBTs, below please find a research opportunity being conducted by a fellow South Florida practitioner pursuing her doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

"As part of my doctoral program, I am conducting a qualitative research study to evaluate and gain an understanding of the current practices used by BCBAs in areas of training incoming RBTs, further training once RBTs are employed, feedback strategies employed,
amount of supervision provided, compensation provided and/or other reinforcement strategies used, and general feelings towards the amount of supervision provided.

I am writing to you today to request your voluntary participation in a research study. Data will be collected through a survey link; therefore, it should not interfere with your work. The survey can be completed anywhere where you have access to reliable internet
connection and will take approximately 15-20 minutes outside of your regular schedule.

BCBA candidates: ----------------------------------------------

1. Have you completed the 8-hour supervision training requirement set forth by the BACB?

2. Do you provide supervision or training to individuals with an active RBT credential?

RBTs candidates: -----------------------------------------------
