Hello fellow South Florida Analysts and RBTs, below please find a research opportunity being conducted by a fellow South Florida practitioner pursuing her doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

"As part of my doctoral program, I am conducting a qualitative research study to evaluate and gain an understanding of the current practices used by BCBAs in areas of training incoming RBTs, further training once RBTs are employed, feedback strategies employed,
amount of supervision provided, compensation provided and/or other reinforcement strategies used, and general feelings towards the amount of supervision provided.
I am writing to you today to request your voluntary participation in a research study. Data will be collected through a survey link; therefore, it should not interfere with your work. The survey can be completed anywhere where you have access to reliable internet
connection and will take approximately 15-20 minutes outside of your regular schedule.
BCBA candidates: ----------------------------------------------
1. Have you completed the 8-hour supervision training requirement set forth by the BACB?
2. Do you provide supervision or training to individuals with an active RBT credential?
RBTs candidates: -----------------------------------------------
1. Do you possess an RBT credential?
2. Do you currently have an active BCBA supervisor?

Participation is voluntary, and all information will be kept anonymous, confidential, and will only be used for scholarly purposes. The study has been reviewed and approved by the Institution Review Board at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
