We are thrilled to be hosting a FREE Pelvic Floor Therapy Workshop by Dr Daniella DelaFuente of Origins Physical Therapy!

Attendees will walk away with foundational knowledge about the role of their pelvic floor and how connecting it to their deep core and breath can help with bowel, bladder, posture, and sexual function.
