Gynecomastia, or male breast enlargement, is a common condition that can affect confidence at any age.

This 19-year-old patient (5’7”, 143 lbs) underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction) and peri-areolar excision to remove both fat and glandular tissue, restoring a flatter, more defined, and masculine chest contour. 💪

➡️ 125 cc of fat was removed from each side, along with 16 g of tissue on the right and 22 g on the left. Just 2 months post-surgery, his results will continue to improve!

2️⃣ I use "sizers" in the OR

Sizers are temporary implants that let me test different volumes and shapes during surgery. This helps ensure your final implant choice gives the most balanced, natural, and symmetric result for your body.

3️⃣ Your “before” photo comes to the OR

I keep your before photo visible throughout surgery to track progress in real time and make sure we’re achieving the look you envisioned. I also reference your “wish pic” to make sure your results align as closely as possible with your aesthetic goals and proportions.
