Proving that no amount of gym time can “fix” gynecomastia. True gynecomastia requires surgical correction, not more reps. But diet and exercise still matter: his dedication before and after surgery have clearly helped define and maintain these results. ✨Gynecomastia Surgery✨ A periar**lar technique (an incision made at the lower outer edge of the ar**la) was used to remove 9 grams of breast tissue! In addition, Dr. Tal used lipo to suction out 100 grams of fat! For more info on today's case ➡️

This male patient underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction), as well as mastectomy (open removal of breast tissue) by a periar**lar approach to treat bilateral breast Gynecomastia (male breast enlargement). A total of 50 cc of fat was removed from the right breast and 50 cc from the left breast, as well as 5 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 4 grams from the left.

Breast EXPLANT + Full Breast Lift 🙌 6 month update! This 52 year old patient underwent bilateral removal of her breast implant, capsulectomies for capsular contracture and ruptured left breast implant, with reattachment of her pectoralis muscle to the chest wall. She also had a full breast lift (Wise Mastopexy) with a small left breast reduction. The breast implants removed were silicone 286cc implants bilaterally.
