This 29-year-old patient underwent a combination approach to treat bilateral gynecomastia: Suction Assisted Lipectomy (liposuction) plus direct mastectomy via periareolar incision to remove excess breast tissue with minimal scarring.

• 50 cc fat removed per breast (100 cc total)
• 25 grams breast tissue excised per side (50 grams total)
• Periareolar approach for discreet incision placement
• Combined technique addresses both fatty and glandular components
