• Focus on strength, not just burning calories, muscle is your best anti-aging tool.
• Add mobility and stretching to protect posture and joints.
• Recovery is not optional, sleep, hydration, and rest days matter.
• Progress isn’t only about the scale, pay attention to strength, balance, and energy.
• Keep it enjoyable and consistent so you stay motivated long-term.

You don’t need to be in shape to begin, starting is what gets you there.
• It’s never too late to build strength, lose fat, and move better.
• You can start small, just 1–2 sessions a week makes a real difference.
3x per week will work best.
• Strength training helps with everyday life: stairs, balance, energy, pain relief.
• Feeling unsure or intimidated is normal, confidence comes after the first step.
• Walking, light weights, bands, or guided sessions all count as “starting”
