Building strength with intention 💥

This session with .dc’s client focused on improving her pull-ups which is one of her personal goals and a key marker of upper-body strength.

The first superset paired pull-ups with medicine ball rotational throws to support thoracic rotation, a key component of upper-body movement.

The second superset combined face pulls, an auxiliary movement that builds postural strength and shoulder stability, with bear plank kettlebell pull-throughs to reinforce core control and total-body tension.
