Winter is the gateway to our next creative adventure. Only when we commit to stillness, rest and deep soul searching can we connect to our heart’s deepest desires.

Blessed Wolf Full Moon!

New year’s first full moon of January was named “Wolf Moon”by the Sioux Tribe, recalling the tight & loyal packs of wolves in many cultures.

This Full moon calls us to reach out to our community, our loved ones, our support system, our sisterhood, and reaffirm our connections to better deepen our bonds as we prepare for new challenges in this new year!

Ladies, today on this full moon, we must trust our wolffish instincts when it comes to decisions and prepare our Master Plan for 2022. Now more than ever we are called to remember, to truly be awaken women, to stay in touch with the Divine within, to feel empowered by our femininity, to cultivate our sacred dreams so we can better nurture the sacred purpose in all women and heal our planet!

Here at PLAY we look forward to an empowered New Year among a Sisterhood of Sacred Dreamers!

Happy Winter Solstice!

Today, in the northern hemisphere, marks the longest night and the shortest day of the year!
❄️Winter has officially started!❄️

It is a potent time for us to embrace and celebrate our darkness. In a world who has thought us to shy away from the dark parts of ourselves, today we want to remind you that the light cannot exist without the dark, that for us to become the highest version of ourselves, we must learn to play with our shadow side…. Learn to love it, embrace it, understand its many meanings and lessons and grow from there.

Welcome to the Season of DEATH & REBIRTH!

WINTER SOLSTICE & FULL MOON CELEBRATION!

Join Lotus, as she gathers us in sisterhood, online & in studio, to find magic while we prepare for the dark months of Winter!

The energy of Winter is that of going within. It is a sacred time of rest, deep reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days.

Together, in sisterhood, we will rest in the peace of the darkness, allow our feelings, our deepest truth, to guide us, knowing that the brighter days are ahead as we remind ourselves that we are always connected to Source. We will support each other among women as we embrace our soul’s new desires for the year 2022!

Join us Saturday Dec 18, 9:30am- 12:00pm ( noon) online or in-studio. We will Rest with yoga nidra, practice a gentle flow of yoga, journal, create and participate in healing rituals. Please dress comfortably.
