Welcome our newest Reformer instructor, Alex Staso!

Alex is a certified Pilates instructor whose own Pilates journey supported her through pregnancy and rehabilitation after injury. Her classes focus on mindful movement, building strength, and toning, while creating an uplifting and empowering experience for every body.

We already love her, and we know you will too.

You can catch her subbing tonight at 6PM, and regularly on Fridays at 9:30 AM.
