Save the Date! 🌕 Rooftop Full Moon Vin to Yin & EZRI 💜 with Caroline Shifley

Join us Sunday, August 10 at 7:30 PM for a moonlit journey of movement, stillness, and intention. Flow through a dynamic vinyasa, then ease into the calm of yin, a balanced transition from yang to yin, guided by the nurturing energy of the full moon. ✨

Led by Caroline Shifley, this donation-based class supports EZRI (Empowerment Zone Reentry Initiative) a nonprofit dedicated to helping justice-involved individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and opportunity. 💜

Meet one of the newest bright lights in the Casa fam ✨ Teagan completed her 200HR certification at Casa in May 2025 and now brings the heat with Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Mat Pilates. Her classes are all about inclusivity, empowerment, and helping every student feel at home on their mat. 💛

When she’s not flowing with us, you’ll find her at the beach, brunching, curled up with a novel, or exploring the latest in wellness and fitness.
