I feel grateful to have presented at the White Cloud Academy, lead by Elisabetta and Pietro. It is located within the University of Motor and Sports Sciences in Rome. It is such an honor that this facility houses a Gyrotonic studio. I enjoyed my time with an incredible group of people!

We just finished GYROTONIC LEG EXTENSION UNIT training with Angela Crowley.

Training left me inspired, empowered and motivated. I am feeling stronger than ever and feel that potential is limitless.

Angela gave me a very valuable knowledge that absolutely! made me a better trainer.

She inspired me with her strength and movement and I am back to dance again. I feel my body more, I feel my gut, the pelvis, the chest, the back and most importanlty THE LEGS.

MY EXPECTATIONS WERE HIGH AND THIS TRAINING AT THE END EXCEEDED THEM ALL.
