Feeling tired after Reiki? That can actually be a very normal part of the healing process.
Reiki helps the body move out of stress mode and into a deeper state of rest. As your energy realigns and stored emotions begin to release, your system may simply ask for more sleep, quiet, and integration.
This doesn’t mean something is wrong, it often means your body is adjusting, restoring balance, and making space for healing.
After a session, be gentle with yourself. Drink water, rest if you need to, keep your environment calm, and allow time for the energy to settle.
