Radha will then guide you through a gentle awakening Yin flow to calm your mind and softing the heart.

What makes this experience truly magical is the live music by Benjamin Smiles that fills the air, weaving a soulful tapestry of melodies that resonate with the rhythm of the sunset. The urban buzz fades away, leaving only the soothing sounds of music.

To close it out, melt into alignment and allow the vibrations of sound bath with Carmen Matta to cultivate a sense of balance throughout mind, body, and spirit.

You will step into a rhythmic flow of mind body and soul, calming your senses, and leave feeling profoundly revitalized.

This will begin with yoga and live music 6 to 715. There will be a short tea break and the Live Kirtan will begin at 745 pm.
