UPDATE: After about 3 weeks of countless late nights, caffeine-fueled weekends, and too many trips to Home Depot I can finally present Elevate HQ 🙌🏽

Couldn’t have done it without the support of my amazing family, friends, and even some of my patients who showed up ready to work and with good vibes 😎

This space is living proof that the most meaningful things are built not just with tools, but with love, support, and unwavering belief — even on the hardest days. I’m beyond thankful for every part of the path that brought me here and I’m so proud of what it’s become 🥹🫶🏽

This patient was told they needed 12 sessions from a different PT and I told him to give me 6.. he trusted me and sent me this text after just 1 session! At the end of the day, results speak for themselves 🙌🏼

My response to this text was.. “When it’s the right dose and treatment then one session can be that powerful. Your body has an amazing ability to heal when you give it the right environment to do so! “
