TCM tips to do daily:
Shoulder "wall walk" or "spider crawl," stand facing a wall, about arm's length away, with your hands on the wall at roughly waist or shoulder height. Slowly "walk" your fingers up the wall as high as you can without pain, then gently walk them back down. This exercise improves shoulder flexibility and range of motion by gently stretching muscles and tendons around the shoulder joint..
Step 1 – Setup
Stand facing a wall, about an arm’s length away. Place your fingertips on the wall at waist or shoulder height, keeping your shoulders relaxed.
Step 2 – Walk Up
Slowly “walk” your fingers upward like a spider climbing, moving only as high as you can without pain. Keep your elbow slightly bent and avoid shrugging your shoulder.
Step 3 – Walk Down
Gently “walk” your fingers back down to the starting position. Repeat 5–10 times, moving slowly and smoothly.
