Anthony wasn’t originally planning on surgery but after seeing his wife’s result and how natural and refreshed she looked, he started to look at his own neck and jawline a bit differently and decided it was time.

👉🏻 At just about 2 months post-op, this is still an early result. Swelling is already improving, but there’s more refinement to come, especially along the jawline and beneath the chin as the tissues continue to settle.

8 days after a deep plane face and neck lift with upper blepharoplasty, this patient is already back in the office for follow-up and doing very well.

He traveled from Chicago to address concerns with neck and jawline laxity, as well as upper eyelid hooding. His goal was clear: improved definition with a natural, unoperated appearance.
At this stage, swelling and healing are still very much in progress. That said, his early recovery has been smooth, and one thing he highlights here is the minimal discomfort he’s experienced so far.

A result that once again reflects her natural structure! This patient came to us concerned about progressive heaviness along the lower face: jowling, marionette lines, and irregularity along the jawline that gradually blurred the transition between the face and neck.

Through a deep plane face and neck lift, combined with a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty, the deeper facial structures were repositioned to restore support where aging actually occurs. What you’re seeing here is not skin that has simply been tightened.

A comment we hear often from patients is:

The truth is, the neck is often the first area where we notice aging, but it doesn’t happen in isolation.

The SMAS and platysma muscles form a continuous layer that runs from the face into the neck. As we age, laxity in the lower face contributes to the appearance of neck sagging.
