S2 in a patient with inability to sit, incontinence, and pain in the ge***al area. Failure of conservative management (injections), erosion of the sacrum, and no other pain generator in the lumbar spine. These are surgical cases.

Yes, NBPAS meets national accreditation requirements for hospitals and health plans.
