S2 in a patient with inability to sit, incontinence, and pain in the ge***al area. Failure of conservative management (injections), erosion of the sacrum, and no other pain generator in the lumbar spine. These are surgical cases.

Photobiomodulation can induce cell proliferation and enhance stem cell differentiation. This is a patient with surgery in August 2022 done in Texas. After surgery her bladder function was damaged forcing her to catherterize. After 10 sessions of laser therapy 6 months after surgery, she regained her bladder function within 2 weeks.
