We somehow forgot we are a family. Never forget that we are all connected — we come from the same source and share this same holy earth. We are cells from the same body, branches from the same tree.

We are one with this planet. We are all brothers and sisters, sharing DNA between the lifeforms of mother earth.

A good way to meditate about this primordial unity we share is by meditating on the idea of a tree. The tree has become, par excellence, the symbol of biological evolution, since its always branched image, portrays with great intensity the unmistakable interconnections among all living species on Earth.

Understanding our interconnectedness with the planet helps us to better conserve and care for all life, so they can do the same for us. Remember this, always.

I am delighted to share with you the NUFF Wellness Virtual Summit, created and produced by an amazing friend and fellow therapist .
