Megan, a 35-year-old patient, came to Galore Medical seeking to enhance the volume of her lips and improve the balance of her lower face. Shape and symmetry play an important role in facial aesthetics, and we understood that for Megan to achieve her desired look, her lips needed to be well-proportioned and harmonized with her other features.

Disproportionate or asymmetrical lips can disrupt overall facial harmony, so we took a holistic approach to treat her as a whole rather than focusing solely on the lips.

To create balance and accentuate her beauty, we performed a combination of treatments:

masseter Botox to slim her jawline, 2 ml of chin filler to add length and proportion, and 1 ml of lip filler to enhance volume. The masseter Botox would take 6-7 weeks to show its full effect, while the chin filler offered immediate results.
Six weeks later, Megan returned for a touch-up on her masseter Botox, happy with the natural-looking results.

She was especially pleased with how the treatments improved the balance of her lower face while maintaining her authentic appearance.
