📸 In these photos, our supervisees — under the leadership of our BCBA Alexie — are engaging in the PORTL game: the Portable Operant Research and Teaching Lab.

PORTL is a tabletop shaping game that brings behavior principles to life. Through structured interactive play, our supervisees learn to shape behavior, apply reinforcement, and understand extinction, among other skills — all in real time.

It’s one of the many hands-on tools we use to develop strong decision-making and technical fluency in our supervisees. 💪🚀
