We’re so excited to welcome Empowered Woman LLC to the Nourish community 💚

Founded by Maria Bedoya, Empowered Woman was created with a mission to empower, educate, and support women and families through compassionate mental health care. We are honored to now have their team as part of our family-centered space at Nourish.

With this expansion into Coral Springs, Amy Del Barrio, LMHC, will be seeing patients from Empowered Woman’s permanent office inside Nourish, offering therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating relationships, life transitions, and personal growth.

At Nourish, our vision has always been to bring together providers who share a commitment to supporting families and strengthening our community—and we are so grateful to partner with Maria and her team to expand access to mental health care right here in Coral Springs.

Nourish is looking for another special provider to add to our community. A private office space is available starting March 1st for someone who wants to have a place to call their own, but wants to work in a collaborative space.

Ideal for a homebirth midwife, a mental health counselor, nutritionist, pelvic floor therapist, massage therapist and similar. If you serve women in any way during her perinatal or motherhood years, we’d love to have you!

Nourish is a collaborative office space with two doulas, IBCLC lactation support, and a perinatal and newborn chiropractor. Our living room area hosts community gatherings, childbirth education classes and more!

Dr Patricia Gomez Tonry, DC is a chiropractor and proud member of Nourish, a collective rooted in wellness, bodywork, and whole-family care—with a special focus on prenatal and pediatric support. Originally from New Jersey, Dr.Trish has always carried a deep sense of curiosity about the body’s ability to heal and thrive, which led her down a path of holistic healthcare and connection-centered care.

Hi!! 👋🏻 Have you met Natassia? She’s the owner of Little Sprout Lactation Care 🤱🏻, based out of our heyNourish.co offices.

Natassia is a mom of three, a Registered Dental Hygienist with a degree in Health Care Sciences, AND went on to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) – talk about a rockstar! 🤩

She believes in a holistic approach, understanding the profound connection between oral health and overall well-being, which is why she’s so passionate about helping families. She’s got specialized training in all things lactation, including those tricky tethered oral tissues like tongue and lip ties, and even studied myofunctional therapy to address oral muscle function issues that can impact breastfeeding. 🙌🏻 This means she can offer a truly comprehensive approach to supporting breastfeeding success.

Her goal is to empower families 💪🏻 with personalized education and support tailored to their unique needs, creating a positive and fulfilling breastfeeding experience. She’s ready to partner with you on your journey, providing expert care and guidance every step of the way! ✨
