Yaritza is a Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care to adult and geriatric patients.

Originally from Cuba and raised in South Florida, she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing and brings a strong passion for healthcare and patient wellbeing.
Yaritza is known for her warm, welcoming approach and her dedication to making sure every patient feels heard, comfortable, and cared for.

Meet Marcela Osorio, APRN

Marcela Osorio is a highly accomplished Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated summa cm laude from the University of Miami.

She holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida and the University of Miami, and brings experience in critical care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, urology, and rehabilitation.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Marcela is dedicated to providing thoughtful, well-rounded care to patients across South Florida.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and pursuing her personal interests.

Today we recognize World Ovarian Cancer Day.

Ovarian cancer is often called a “silent disease” because its symptoms can be subtle and easily overlooked. Awareness plays an important role in early detection and better outcomes.
Some symptoms to pay attention to include:
• persistent bloating
• pelvic or abdominal discomfort
• changes in appetite
• urinary urgency

Dr. Mario Galdames often says : "Your health is your strength. Listening to your body and seeking care early can make all the difference." If something feels different or persistent, it’s important to speak with your physician.

Dr. Camargo is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice & Palliative Care, with over 15 years of experience caring for patients across South Florida.

He completed his medical training in Colombia, followed by residency in New York and fellowship at the University of Miami, bringing a strong foundation in both adult and geriatric care.

Dr. Camargo is deeply committed to helping patients navigate complex health needs with clarity, compassion, and long-term guidance.
