Claudia's Gentle Yoga I am a yoga student and teacher who is certified by the Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 Experienced Registered Yoga teacher.

My classes are hatha yoga classes that are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. We start each class with pranayama (breath control) and then move into a gentle yet challenging asana (yoga poses) practice. All of my classes end with a guided meditation that includes aromatherapy for your senses. Come and enjoy the peaceful feeling that yoga can bring.
