Today and every day, we celebrate the importance of communication and the making every person feel valued, included, and understood.

American Sign Language (ASL) is a rich, fully developed language with its own grammar, storytelling traditions, and cultural depth. On National ASL Day, we celebrate Deaf culture, honor the beauty of visual language, and recognize the importance of access, inclusion, and connection. Every person matters💙

So proud to continue building meaningful connections with the next generation of speech-language pathologists 💙🦉

Bridge Therapy is honored to collaborate with Florida Atlantic University’s Communication Sciences and Disorders program and support the incredible work their students and faculty are doing. It’s especially meaningful to reconnect with Kelly Steele, who Samantha Novick had the pleasure of working with years ago, and to see the impactful research Dr. Anne Van Zelst is leading in childhood apraxia of speech.

We are excited to welcome an FAU student at our office this summer! We love collaborating with passionate clinicians and researchers who are dedicated to advancing the field and making a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. The future of speech-language pathology is bright🦉✨

Big congratulations to Maggie San Pedro on graduating from Apraxia Boot Camp! 🎓✨

Maggie joined a small, selective group to attend the Apraxia Kids Intensive Training in Pittsburgh, an advanced program for SLPs experienced in treating and diagnosing apraxia, taking her clinical skills to the next level through this rigorous training. 🤓📚

We’re so proud to share that not only did she complete the boot camp, she finished her case study and graduated! Maggie will now be recognized by Apraxia Kids for advanced training in CAS, joining a small group of clinicians nationwide. ✨

Bridge Therapy now has two Boot Camp graduates on our team, continuing to grow our expertise and commitment to the wonderful families we serve. Way to go, Maggie!!! 👏🏼🩷

We are so grateful for the opportunity to attend the Advanced CAS Workshop in NYC with the incredible team at . We learned so much about the exciting research happening now, treatment fidelity, improved diagnostic tools, cues and strategies to better serve our clients with Childhood Apraxia of Speech. We feel so lucky to have careers we love where lifelong learning is part of what we do. It was such a special opportunity to learn from brilliant renowned researcher, professor and clinician Dr. Maria Grigos alongside passionate SLPs from around the world! We can’t wait to implement our new knowledge and continue growing and supporting our families at Bridge 🩵
