Wow! 39 trips around the sun 🤩

I used to fear aging. I imagined wrinkled skin, a tired body, and a mind weighed down by life.

But here I am, 39 and vibrant. Stronger than I’ve ever been. And most importantly, alive in every sense of the word.

I no longer fear growing older, because now I know my body is not a limitation. It is a sacred vessel. A body I care for so I can live fully, for myself, my family, and this exciting life I’m building every day.

I’ve stopped believing our society’s version of what aging should look like. You experience the effects of how you treat your body.

Today I’m filled with so much love and gratitude. Looking at these photos, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey it has been.

I’m endlessly thankful for the gift of healing my body to carry and nurture my two beautiful babies. For the man who stood by my side through every step and made all my dreams come true. For the chance to stay home with my little ones while also building something meaningful alongside my mom, our business, Get Nourishment. Our mission is to help others heal through the power of nutrition, with respect for each person’s unique story and biology.

To all the moms out there: I see you. I honor you. This journey is not easy. Every pregnancy, every birth, every child is different. There’s no one-size-fits-all, just an endless amount of patience, resilience, and love. We grow by making mistakes, learning from them, and showing up again and again.

At the end of the day, what matters most is not perfection, it’s joy, laughter, and unconditional love. It’s creating memories our children will carry forever, so that when they look back, they’ll remember a childhood that was full of happiness, fun, and love.

Here’s to every kind of mother—biological, adoptive, chosen, and everything in between. May you feel celebrated, held, and deeply appreciated today and every day.

Pickleball is totally transforming into a weekly adventure for me! 😜

Why does exercise have to be dull? Once you start eating better, thinking positively, and embracing the “yes” mentality, you’ll see endless opportunities unfolding right before you!

With newfound confidence and energy, the urge to move becomes irresistible. If you’ve been following me, you know I’m all about CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, and now pickleball! Plus, I’m gearing up to tackle a 5k this weekend! 🤪

I haven’t run in so long, and I didn’t train at all, but guess what? I’ve signed up for THREE 5ks! 😬 eeek

I’m so excited for the challenges ahead and, most importantly, for the beautiful life I’m living right now! Be grateful!

Shouldn’t we all be feeling this incredible? ♥️

Happy Birthday to the number #1 man in my life ♥️

We decided that Friday we will have it to ourselves. We love our kids so much, but we needed one day to not worry, not be on our toes, not be interrupted as soon as we speak… and everything in between.

We def need to work on having date nights more often. Its just so hard for me to leave my babies. How often do you go out without kids.
