🌿 Cervical Cancer Awareness Month 🌿

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month — a gentle reminder of the importance of preventive care and routine screenings.

Regular Pap smears and HPV testing help detect changes early, often before they become a concern.

Taking a few moments for your health today can bring peace of mind for tomorrow.
If you’re due for a screening or have questions, we’re here to support you with care and guidance.

💗 Low Libido After Menopause

A decrease in sexual desire is common after menopause and often related to hormonal changes, vaginal dryness, sleep issues, stress, or emotional factors.

The good news: low libido is not something you have to accept as “normal.”
There are safe and effective options to improve comfort, desire, and overall sexual well-being.

If this is affecting your quality of life, talk to your OBGYN — help is available.

🎄 Mid-December Wellness Check-In

We’re halfway through December — a season full of gatherings, travel, shopping, and long to-do lists.

As the year winds down, this is your reminder to pause and listen to your body.
Whether you’re pregnant, planning, or simply focused on your overall wellness:

• Rest when you need it
• Stay hydrated
• Keep meals balanced
• Don’t ignore symptoms you’ve been putting off
• Make time for your health before the year ends

Taking care of yourself is not something to postpone.

Your health matters — today and always. 🤍

Safe stretching can help:
• Reduce lower-back pain
• Improve posture
• Ease pelvic and hip discomfort
• Support circulation
• Reduce stress and muscle tension
• Prepare your body for labor

Tips:
• Stretch slowly and gently
• Avoid lying flat on your back after the first trimester
• Stop if you feel pain or dizziness
• Stay hydrated
• Choose positions that support your body

A few minutes a day can make a big difference in how you feel.
Always talk with your provider if you have questions about what’s safe for your pregnancy. 💛
