Tyler Martin, Regional Manager, Dynamic Integrated Security, is the only company in Arkansas providing commissioned Safe School Officers through a fully managed, contracted program.
While the CSSO program has long existed in the state, it traditionally placed the burden on individual schools, training, staffing, uniforms, compliance, and ongoing management.
We change that.

Tyler is a mission-driven law enforcement instructor and former SWAT Team Leader with extensive experience in tactical operations, officer development, and military service. As a U.S. Army Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer veteran and certified CLEST Law Enforcement Instructor, he has led specialized units, designed advanced training programs, and earned multiple Life-Saving Awards and top distinctions in marksmanship and operational performance.
He brings a disciplined, strategic, and ethical leadership approach that will elevate the readiness and professionalism of every DIS Guardian.
We are excited for the impact Tyler will make as we continue raising the standard of school safety across Florida and beyond.
