This week in Teacher Training at YOUniversal Yoga had range đđ„
From stepping into the seat of the teacher (huge shoutout to our trainee for confidently guiding Part 1 + half of Part 2 of their class đ«), to diving into our Asana Labâexploring the strength and structure of Triangle and Pyramid, and the focus + grace of balancing poses like Eagle, Tree, and Dancer⊠it was a full, embodied experience.
We layered in philosophy tooâgetting to know the Gunas (because sometimes youâre feeling sattvic and serene⊠and sometimes tamasic like âplease donât make me do one more chaturangaâ đ
).
And in true yogi fashion, we slowed it all down with alternate nostril breathing and silent meditation⊠creating space not just in the body, but in the mind.
âš Theme of the week: Saucha â cleanliness, clarity, and clearing out what we donât need.
Because letâs be honest⊠clutter isnât just that drawer you avoid openingâitâs the old thoughts, the overpacked schedules, and yes⊠maybe even that 17th pair of yoga leggings we definitely needed at the time đ
The more we clear out, the more clearly we can show upâon the mat, as teachers, and in life.
Less clutter. More clarity. More YOU.
