1. **Brush your teeth three times a day**: Maintain a brushing routine after each meal to prevent cavities and gum disease.
2. **Floss daily**: Flossing helps remove plaque and food particles that the toothbrush canβt reach.
3. **Visit the dentist regularly**: Schedule at least two visits per year for check-ups and professional cleanings.
4. **Avoid excessive sugar consumption**: Limiting sugary foods and drinks protects enamel and reduces the risk of cavities.
5. **Donβt smoke**: Smoking damages gums, causes bad breath, and increases the risk of oral cancer and other dental diseases.
These resolutions will contribute to better oral health throughout the year.
