This is the part that gets me every time. Not the pain itself, but how long it had been there before anyone asked the right questions. Before anyone took imaging, mapped the compensation patterns, or looked at what was actually happening in the spine underneath the symptoms.
Chronic pain is rarely sudden. It builds quietly for years while the body compensates, adapts, and eventually runs out of ways to cope. By the time something hurts enough to act on, there is almost always a structural story behind it that nobody has told you yet.
That is what the first visit here is for. X-rays, a full evaluation, and real answers about what is actually going on and how long it has been building.
