Healing in kids doesn’t usually show up in big, dramatic ways. It shows up quietly, in the way they start naming their feelings, taking care of others in their play, trying again when something feels hard, and trusting their own ideas a little more.
In the playroom, I get to watch children move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to slowly finding their voice, their confidence, and their sense of “I can do this.”
