In April we are happy to present our donation drive for the Iowa City Animal Care and Adoption Center. Whether you'd like to purchase specific items or have clean wash clothes, towels, or blankets you're cycling out we're happy to collect them and deliver them to the shelter at the end of the month! Whether you're coming in for an appointment or are in the neighborhood, we would like to welcome you to drop donations off at our office. For the month of March we will be collecting for the CommUnity Crisis Services' Food Bank that serves Johnson County residents.

We have ideas for future drives but are happy to hear your ideas! Comment below and tell us an organization you'd like to see us host a collections drive for next!

Charles is a Marriage and Family Therapist.
His focus in the counseling world is in improving self-awareness and intentionality, in order to increase confidence and feelings of self-control. He is eclectic in his approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT, to name a few.

Happy National Dog Day! We wanted to give a special shoutout to our therapy dogs.
R***r is easy going and has a docile personality. He likes to help people feel comfortable in therapy. R***r loves his stuffie and relaxing on his fluffy dog bed.
Aiko is sweet and has a calm presence. She is often out in the reception area and likes to greet people when they come in the door. Aiko loves treats, checking in on her friends at the office and having her ears scratched.
Bennett, our therapy dog in training, is friendly and eager to learn. Bennett loves his ball, cuddling and playing with his brother, R***r.
